The burnt ends are good, but the RIBS were GREAT. The Memphis Red sauce and the sweet and smokey we're both very good. The BBQ beans were good, and the Mac & cheese was okay. Customer service was great and fast.
We visited Doc’s Smokehouse for the first time on Saturday and were thoroughly pleased with the food and service. We both got the brisket sandwich with seasoned fries/sweet potato fries and didn’t leave much behind. The fries were seasoned perfectly with some sort of sweet seasoning and the brisket
Went on a Friday evening to location in Edwardsville. They were out of ribs but I tried the Lotta Bull burger and was amazed! Fantastic flavor and huge. The sweet potato fries were delicious. Wife had rib tips and they were tender and the sauce was great. Staff was very friendly and personable. Def
The person that took our order was awesome! Unfortunately I didn't see a nametag. He suggested a few things and they were delicious! The entire staff was attentive our whole visit. Better than fire n smoke and others in the area. Will be returning.
Great food and Great service! One of the best local small businesses in Edwardsville! I tried the Cuban sandwich special with pulled pork and ham. It was a smokey twist on the classic! Also try the green beans as a side they are by far the best Green beans! Dine in or take out you can't go wrong!
Can't say enough about how amazing this place is. Their smoked hamburgers are worth every penny and more. Love their sweet potato fries and especially their brisket. Out of every BBQ place I've been to throughout the USA...i miss this one the most.
