Been getting the same simple drink everyday for 3 years straight and they still mess up my drink few times a week. Always 30-40 mins line but it’s not even a long line. Never close the lid tightso it always spilled out. Sometime can’t order online because they turn off everything as a “sold out” status.

They spelled my name wrong, the food is frozen cold even after it was "toasted", and they messed up the coffee order. The tall white dude in charge of the heating up process also likes to throw the food when calling it out for some reason. The Starbucks in Vineland, a "poor" county does better work than this one that's supposed to be in a "rich" neighborhood 😒😒😒 The only good things about this place are Bri and the nice guy who handed me the brown sugar. Never coming back here again.

Not too many people in there it was amazing. I received my coffee within like one minute maybe two it was great exactly what I ordered thank you Starbucks and of course the workers that work there that makes the business run. Thank you for the great experience.

Let me start off by saying they have an extremely friendly staff at quite literally every single location ! Plus I love their grande french vanilla breve lattes and their kale and spinach egg white muffins .. but honestly everything is superb but definitely on the expensive side thats why the best option to save a few bucks is joining their rewards program on the starbucks app and racking up those stars so make sure they scan your app or card at every purchase to enjoy some free goodies ! Enjoy!

Staff is great but need to be re-trained on how to make drinks properly. They always mess it up and when I say thats not right they say well I did it the way is suppose to be made. Its staring to be a waste of money and not get what I paid for.

Sometimes I need a great hot chocolate which whipped cream and can always count on this Starbucks also close to Walmart Chickfilla and Petco.
Midnight Trinity
This is the only close Starbucks to us and every time we've gone in the last 2 months every drink we've gotten has been made wrong. The wait time is ridiculous. Ordered the largest size of frappe they gave me the smallest and I even asked for whipped cream at the drive-thru speaker. When I pulled up to the window there was no whipped cream on my drink and it was the smallest size then I asked them for whipped cream twice and they didn't do it. And every time I get a frappe from here it's always watery. I get a caramel frappuccino almost every time how can they get it so wrong. And the people basically ignore you and aren't very nice. Worst Starbucks I've ever been too.
