Review 7-eleven - Egg Harbor Township

I won a free ticket on the quick 7 scratch off and the women at the register today (1/17/2021) would Not give it to me. It says clearly on the back that free ticket is an option. She would not let me take a picture of my ticket either.

I wish I could give it 0 stars but it won't let me. I'm bout to SNAP! I am a regular customer at 7/11 and I hate the customer service but I work at the biggest convenience store in the area and I'm tired of everything there. I get the taquitos every time I go in and today they were room temperature and doughy on the inside. I went back 20 minutes later and my boyfriend went in to ask for a refund and she said no because they were next to cold drinks. Like what? They were in the bag for less than five minutes and that doesn't make the middle of it cold and raw. I eat them atleast twice a week and they are never this bad. Sometimes they are not as hot as I would like them to be but they were literally inedible. I went in after to show her what it looked like because you can tell it was obviously undercooked. She had a terrible attitude and when I asked her if they ever take the temperature of the food and she looked like she didn't know what I was talking about so I asked again and her response was "I don't know they've been out for like 2 hours". So basically I didn't get my money back and now im waiting for 11 when the manager comes in so I can talk to him. I guess we'll see what happens. Other bad experiences included getting into and argument with the cashier because he wouldnt give me a refund for an EXPIRED bottle of hot sauce. Another time I saw the same cashier I dealt with today literally take a single use plastic glove off of another cashiers hand and put it on her own then serves food with the same glove someone else just used. Like ew. Then she also took the extra cup off of my boyfriends slurpee (to make it less cold to hold) then she saved it to put it back later. I already hate this store but today was the last straw and I will never return.

Great candy selection, but my dark chocolate Kit-Kat had an expiration date of 5 years ago. 😂 I didn't check it until I opened it and it didn't taste fresh. It had some "bloom" on the chocolate, but that's normal. The chips and salty snacks are scattered all over the store rather than in one section, so it's hard to find what you are looking for.

711 is always open always convenient always has what you need or close to it: true story one Christmas shipped here and pulled it off. Never again but you get the point ...in a pinch cash money 711 your guy.

Very good store, nice people, very good hot meals.

Clerks are all very nice. Its opens 24 hours daily. This place is very clean. I enjoy going there.

Horrible service! Before I could even finish asking him a question about a candy they may or may not have had, he cut me off and said no then hung up! Super rude.

The cashier Maya has a lousy attitude and 3 put of 4 times she overcharges you a item.
