Definitely making sure I eat here again next time I'm in El Cajon! I have eaten here like 6 or 7 times. I've eaten several things in the menu, every experience is better than that last. The service is amazing, even though they don't speak the best English. There fish is the best in town!
This place is amazing, striped bass masgoof was so good.... the owner walked us through an appropriate portioned order (they have several kinds of fresh fish in a range of sizes) and the prices are super reasonable. And the cultural authenticity behind being the only non Arabic speaking table was great too - eating here ought to be a necessity if you are anywhere in the area.....

My husband and I love this place!!! Aside from the little details that remind us of our hometown in Iraq.....the food is literally amazing and the owners are wonderful people. After our first visit we invited our Norwegian friends for Masgoof fish and mixed grill and they said it was the best fish they had in US!! :)
