The rice was good. The salad I made myself was good, except....they had the ranch and blue cheese dressings switched opposite of the signage. Ugh wasn't expecting that blue cheese! The watermelon was mushy, as were the spring rolls. Hot food Wasn't hot, semi warm at best. The workers intimidate you into eating everything, whether it's good or not. They charge a fee if they feel you have excess food left on your plate....

Rotten Cookies, I told the manager and he said the cookie was good, i told him to be careful because someone may get sick. He never admited. Avoid going there. :(

We went to dinner. I liked about half the menu. I disliked the lemonade, so I drank out of my son's soda and it tasted off but drinkable (we both think the ice was made of faucet water). The garlic bread looked good but it was hard as f***. The chow mein (noodles) was tasteless (they tasted like if they where boiled in water and they never added seasoning). A lot of the food maybe would have tasted better if it wasn't hard like the coconut shrimp tasted good but had very hard parts (like hard candy). The fried chicken tasted good but was hard on the outside. The salad I made was delicious. The watermelon was delicious. The teriyaki chicken was good. Yes, I would go again but If I where to go back it would be soon after the food goes out so it won't be hard.

We visit this restaurant with pleasure. Good food and many many choices that will suit everyone in your group. Service is excellent and the staff is friendly and fast. You won't see them standing around the selections are kept full and hot.

It's a bit tough to write this review: some of the foods were...off...others were good, but nothing was great. For the money, you'll certainly get a lot of food that isn't repulsive and some surprisingly good, but none of it really met what I've experienced from buffets in the past.

I had a bad experience with the manager. I found food in bad condition(it smelled rotten) and i just wanted to let the staff to know about this. They called the manager. When the manager came, he said that the food was good in a sarcastic way. I was not seeking a free meal, I just thought it was important to let the manager know about that because people can get sick. The staff was cool but the manager. I do not recommend to eat in this restaurant. (I payed for the food, in case you ask )as I said, I was not looking for a free meal.

I love a good buffet! This place has your many must-haves at most asian buffets! They also have a sushi bar, nigiri included! The staff is kind and attentive, there is also a chocolate fountain for the kiddos

Everything was fine so far except maybe when I had those some kind of old and dry sushi.. Old food must have been thrown away.. Always replenish with fresh foods.. That’s all..

Horrible, worst Chinese Buffet I've been to. Their noodles are greasy and mushy, the chicken is hard to chew and swallow. None of their food taste right and its all greasy. There's flies on the desserts. The only thing that was good was the steak and the little lobster rolls. Waste of money

New East Buffet is much better than this.. I tried this place a few times and was disappointed. For fresh food at a great price, New East Buffet on Montrose Ct (just off Madison Ave, near Magnolia Ave) is far superior.<br/><br/>On the few occasions when I visited it was obvious that many of the dishes at New Century had been sitting for quite some time. Several were quite stale (limp where it should be crispy, crispy where it should be tender.)<br/><br/>I was delighted to find stuffed mushrooms on the buffet but the first one tasted really "off" so I didn't eat any more.<br/><br/>No idea how this place is getting such great reviews. It's been a total disappointment every time I've gone. I don't go there anymore.
