A week ago went to Jack in the Box for breakfast got a croissant sandwich my husband got a hamburger and we got about four tacos. I love the tacos but get extra taco sauce packets. Quick to serve. Went through the drive thru always friendly service.
Jack in the box does a system update every day at 4:00 a.m they usually last about 15 minutes and then they start doing drive-through again. except for this location. It seems this location likes to do it whenever the hell they want and is now going on at least an hour and a half for the system upda

No one can pick up the phone after messing up an order. After they repeated my order to me and told me to look at the screen. To make sure it’s correct and it was on screen. I get my order and only one burger was right when I order only 3 things. When I asked for no taco sauce because I am not a fan
