Morning of 10/09/21 went through the drive through on the Panera located on Fletcher Parkway. You can barely read the menu since the menu is on a flat board and you can barely see it. Once they started taking my order the person taking the order was rushing through in trying to take my order. Once I get to the window it took 15 minutes for them to give us the order. Once I get home I noticed that I couldn’t tell if the sandwich had egg and of course once I pulled it apart I noticed they barely placed any egg. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience with Panera, but I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Horrible. I ordered at the drive thru, she told me breakfast was over, so no souffles. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. One car ahead of me. Finally got to the window....filthy, both the glass and the stainless steel counter. Waited @ 6-7 minutes. No one ever greeted me, took my money, or brought me my bagel. Could see 2-3 female employees inside talking/laughing. I was disgusted at the lack of customer service. Lazy employees! Would not return. In contrast, the Otay ranch location is clean, friendly and they even look for souffles after breakfast hours!

Bad service made us wait almost 2 hours for a simple order they couldn't get right and charged us twice. Did even end up getting our food done. People in the back have no communications skill. Cashier doesnt even know what the hell is going on. Ask for a simple refund and manager took more money from us. So we had to get 2 refunds and she still have the gust to tell me were rude...........

I would of given them 5 stars but my "hot" coffee was just straight cold, not even warm, I mean c'mon, at least microwave it😂 the sandwich was great, very fresh👌🏼

Ordered RAPID PICK Up online where you can park at the location and your order will be brought to you car. The spaces for pick up are clearly identified with signs. I parked, opened the app to say I arrived. After 30 min and no order thinking they must be really busy so I went in to find a empty restaurant? The staff basically directed me to my order that was on the counter the offered no apology and no explanation. Although the order was correct (surprise) the sandwiches were thrown together making them messy to eat. Too bad the bread is amazing so 2 stars

I dislike the way you have to order. My soup looked nothing like the picture or did it taste like the Thai soup it represented . My husband didn't like his sandwich . I feel its over priced for what you get
We won't be going back.

Went through the drive thru got a classic chicken sandwich 2 smoothies a pick 2 Chipotle chicken salad and Chipotle chicken avocado melt. Order was correct but there is barely any chicken in the salad.

The staff is horrible and very very rude no wonder no one goes there. The cashier doesn’t even communicate with u. U ask he says ha. I been to multiple locations and never had an issue. Very disrespectful and food was cold when we told the manger he said “okay sorry”. Seriously. And reading all of these comments like really no one cares not even upper management if there’s a zero star i will give it
