We went through the drive thru today. Usually, there is a long line but not today around 12:45 pm. The window where you get your food, the lady had great customer service with a smile! The order was right!! This I think is the best Jack in the Box in El Cajon!

Service in the drive thru is usually really quick here. My order has always been correct.
They are usually very efficient and great service. Don't go to drive thru between 6 and 830 am if you are heading to work. It it's a 25 minute wait and will make you late to work.
