It's a McDonald's but in California a secure and clean public restroom, you'll have to ask an employee to unlock it. Better than gas stations just not having one. Plus had great feast service for food.
I noticed that in the McDonald's in San Diego, the food is cheaper then here in El Centro CA. And is just as delicious. The bread in the filet of fish tastes like freshly made. I enjoyed it.
