Been at this Wendy’s on viscount several times, and never have I been welcomed with out most excellent customer service from Elijah. This young man actually greeted me and had a decent conversation with me and complemented by neck chain. He gave my ordered and thanked me and said come back soon?? What never have I heard that from a Wendy’s employee.. Elijah future manager material. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Had a bad experience with my drive thru order. I really appreciate the management for replacing my order 2 days later. Thank you. The food was made with a big difference.
Dang!! First time at this location and the crew was on! May 3, 2023 at 12:30 pm this crew deserves a raise. Staff super nice every step, took a line of like 5 cars like 3 minutes to get through if that, and the chicken is hot while the veggies are crisp and cool on my sandwich. Impressive crew! Keep it up!
The food is always fresh. So much better than McDonald's or Burger King

Absolutely wonderful experience! Standards for fast food have dropped significantly over the years. You just expect something to be wrong with your order every time. Ordering process was quick with some customizations. Food was waiting for us when we got to the window. Every part of the order was correct! The staff was super friendly! They even marked our drinks. To see that these days is almost a miracle. Thank you to the crew that was working on 10/26/21 at 12:30!

Great manager taking orders and getting food out fast. Food was overcooked making it taste sour in a burnt flavor. Replacement meal was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean.
Good fast food. Only down fall is how slow the whole drive through process is in the evening. Solid 20-25 minutes to order and pick up. The employees are working their tails off though, so I give them credit.
Great food. Only went for the bourbon bacon burger. They had no bourbon sauce so my burger was dry. Thought they would at least add mayo or something. Fries were warm (not hot). Other than that, food was fast and service was decent.
We came to have lunch here and I was slightly disappointed the drink machine was out of ice. Our food was old and cold. I brought this up and they did remake they were nice about it. Just wish we could have had hot food instead of having to wait for a remake.
