I got the 10oz Ribeye and it was cooked perfectly - tasty and very tender. And the baked sweet potato was almost custard-like inside, the perfect side. The all you can eat salad bar is fantastic, and has a couple of soups as well as a few small desserts (fruit, jello & pudding).
Visiting El Paso for work, this place was across the street from my Marriot Hotel. Amazing waiting staff. Very nice, very professional. One of the best salad bars I've ever had. Amazing corn chowder. I haven't eaten here in years, but today my neighbor took me out to dine at the Cattle Baron. My French dip meal was Delicious and the Salad bar was full of everything from veggies, side salads, bread, and vanilla / chocolate pudding.
Overall, it was filling and will return another day!
