Everything was excellent!! I was very hungry and I ordered a Cheese Burguer and it was delicious. Magnificent service and atmosphere. I definitely will come back again!
We were a party of eight and got seated within 10 minutes. For a Friday night, that was pretty fast. Great service! We ordered wings as appetizers, and they were brought out within five minutes. Crazy fast!!! Everyone was working as a team to give great customer service. The blonde is still a good choice for dessert.
We had the blessing of having Jesse Ortega as our server & he was awesome! He was kind & accommodating to our date night! We don’t go out often but when we do having a cheerful & delightful person like Jessie it makes date night more fun! He’s professional & courteous!
I've been coming here for years and it's been such a great experience every time. Emilio is such a great manager always socializing with tables making sure everything is going smooth! Whenever I come by I always ask for Jesse, or Yessenia. They're awesome always making sure to have everything correct and they also socialize with me making it a lot better experience every time. My only complaint is that they got rid of gratuity for their servers. I come in everyday and I see servers struggling and stressing for parties all day and most don't tip at all. The other problem is that I can't get managers to put the sound on football games other than Emilio. Take care of your employees and I'd be happier other than that I love this Applebees and the servers. My favorite are Yessenia and Jesse.
Ms . Ashley was wonderful and professional along with the manager Ms Jordyn who made sure everything was right. Julian , the bartender is the only one that is able to make my martini’s how I like them!. This is a tall order! Our dining experience was great and we will always feel welcome! Thank you Applebees for hiring such courteous and professional employees!

I was visiting this location because of the great reviews and I was not disappointed!! I got the pleasure of getting Jesse as our server and my wife and I loved him! He was beyond attentive and went above and beyond! This is customer service keep this kid!! Will ask for him next time.
By far the best Applebee's in El Paso!!! Service, food and drinks were all on point.
Food was hot and delicious drinks were made to perfection and servers Monica and Alondra was were on the ball! The management staff was also extremely friendly and constantly making sure not just our table but the entire restaurant was well taken care of. Will definitely be our Applebee's go to!!!
Great service….. the waitress Maggie is phenomenal….very attentive. Hands down next time you’re in that neighborhood ask for her.
Recently went to dine in this past weekend our server Ashley provided us with great service. She was quick and checked on us consistently and made our experience the best we have had at any applebees. Aside from the great service the employees created a welcoming and fun environment.
I came here on a Wednesday to grab a quick bite! The pasta and chicken was fantastic and our server Andrea was phenomenal. She was very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable for she answered all my questions about the menu. The restaurant environment was also quiet and calm, just the way I like it. I will definitely be coming back and hopefully get Andrea as my server again.
My wife have been coming back again and again and are treated to a delightful experience.
This evening, Yessenia took it to a new level. We had a wonderful time! Everything was perfect.👍 We'll be back again and again!
Went in yesterday and had great service. Our server was Jessica. She offered us strawberry lemonade and coconut tea which were so good. Also recommended the spinach dip as appetizer and said that was her favorite and it was very good. She was sweet and always made sure to check on us. Manager Emilio came by to make sure everything was good and we just had an all around great experience.
Andrea R provided amazing service! We grabbed lunch at our local Applebees and we were sat immediately and our server greeted us very quickly. During our experience, she was cracking jokes and always made sure we were doing just fine. The boneless wings were amazing and the mushroom burger she recommended was delicious! I hope to get Andrea soon on our next visit!
