Visited simply because I love breakfast buffets. This place wasn't too bad. Not many options for low carb dieters, vegetarians or vegans. I saw enchiladas, chilaquiles, beans, eggs, chile rojo, chicharrones, picadillo, menudo, posole, pan dulce, fruit, etc. However, they will make your eggs to order and the glasses they give you are tall. Which is a good thing since it means less refills necessary. But overall the service was good, the place was clean and the breakfast buffet and salsas were tasty and $10. My only suggestion, maybe add more meats to the breakfast buffet. I mean, some bacon or even ground beef, deshebrada or pork not in sauce and not mixed with beans would be great. It is a taqueria after all. But I can definitely see myself coming back.
My first time here. My wife and I wanted to try out their breakfast buffet-- for $8.99. The food was about average-- mostly targeting Mexican dishes. The disappointment was the lack of efficient service. It took about 15-20 min to get seated, mostly because there were many tables that had not been bused. Also, they had run out of many menu items way ahead of the end of the buffet end time. THE POSITIVE PART OF OUR VISIT WAS THE ENTERTAINMENT OF GINA D'KACHE-- A GREAT SINGER WHO SINGS OF MANY GENRES! SHE MADE UP FOR OTHER SHORTCOMINGS!
They have live entertainment Friday, Saturday, 7 to 9 pm and Sunday 7 to 8. This Sunday they had dancers from various states in south america. Chiapas, Vera Cruz, and Jalisco. As well as a singer.
The shrimp cocktail was good.
Excellent family place, real and good mexican food, and fast and friendly service...π―ππππ
The first time I went there it was excellent! The drinks and food were perfect! The second time I ordered the same drink and it didn't taste the same as the first time. I ordered the guacamole and it needed some flavor
Maybe add some onion and tomato. Other than that I am still rating it four stars because of my first experience. I am willing to give them another chance.
This will be our fist time eating at this restaurant. We ordered the special El Pastor $6.99 3 Tacos, soda and a side< we paid $15 for 2. The service and food were great, good place have quick bite for the price. Recommend to try.
Great food. Great service. Definitely going back!
Really great flavor! Chile colorado sauce they use is on point! Ate during their breakfast and it was very tasty! Only complaint would be the wait for our drinks and refills...sometimes waiter would forget...
Taco Tuesday was worth the stop. Will return, saw some dishes being served and it got me thinking about it. I'll need to go back and check it out again just to make sure it's as good as my first time. Then I might make this a spot. Consistency is the key.
Update: Went on our second visit and barbacoa was nasty. Had to send it back. Everything and anything that could go wrong did. Drinks were spilled by our server bringing a plate out. This was a total disaster! We had my mother in law and we had exclaimed how delicious the food was the first time we visited. Our server was not very good to begin with. The first night we had Jordan as our server and he was a great kid!! I guess sometimes you have an over the top experience and you go back expecting the same thing and are let down, but this was a nightmare! Manager did everything she could to make my kids and us happy and she recognized it was a huge fail. Normally this might have been enough to send us somewhere else but I have high hopes for this place, we might try it again.
Great food Delicioso!! Go try it!! Same owners of Tacos Don Cuco and Johnny Rockets I was told
Our family was there last night for dinner π, and since I giving the review π. I was satisfied π with both the Mexican Plate I ordered and the prices.
My lady had the same plate as myself, but she said that her Chile Relleno was a little bready.
The waiter's were on their toes and taking care of business, hats off Amigo's π»
Place is very nice. They have a fountain inside. Service is good and food is great. I had the carnitas plate and it was basically "make your own taco" the carnitas were tasty and came with guacamole and some onion. They provided some green and red sauce which were delicious in their own right. I think maybe a few more salsa choice could help. Overall, I would reccomend. Also on Tuesdays they offer 2x1 tacos.
Their food is absolutely delicious!
My favorite meat is Al Pastor and they cook it so well. They even add pineapple which not many taquerias do.
Their tortas are amazing and my favorite is the Patron that has milanesa and pastor.
This place is new so they are a new BUT improving business. I see them change the menu and service all the time and that is something great about this place π
Tried this place for the first time and it didn't disappoint. The food was actually very flavorful and plentiful. We got the platter for two and the queso fundido which the server actually prepared at our table and it was entertaining and delicious! They have everything you would need for a great taquito... Cebollitas, salsas, guacamole, cilantro & onion, and very good agua de limon to help wash down the food. The only tip I would give... They need to provide tortilla warmers to keep the tortillas warm. I would definitely recommend this place!
