Stopped by to get my husband and myself a delicious Cobb salad with ranch dressing. Service was really slow. It seemed like they were more interested in taking care of the drive thru customers than the walk-in customers. My wait time was 25 minutes.
Not sure we will eat here again. Ordered a salad with no tomatoes and it had tomatoes. Returned to store and was given the same salad with 7 pounds of lettuce and 1 chicken tender on top. No apology for me having to return...Nada.. my husband also ordered the mushrooms and was given about 7 pieces .

I've never had this little amount of sauce from any Zaxby's in the country. There's barely any residue on the bottom, let alone sauce. If I had known they were going to be this stingy with it, I'd have gotten insane instead of tongue torch so I could actually taste some heat. This is NOT what I paid
