Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese and got bacon, then had to drive all the way back and get my order then they also wanted the screwed up order back. Serious health code issue

Food took forever to get..order was wrong...took 4 times to get one of the burgers correct.. asked for extra ranch and sweet and sour sauce and for 2 20 peice nuggets and apparently they have to pay for sauces out of their own pocket because I got 1 of each!!! Upgrading to five stars took my daughter on a stroll through town to 2 dudes gaming my daughter started hollering happy meal. So we go in food is awesome and playland I'd open so my kiddo made a couple of little friends and she had a ball. So what more could I ask for.

We've brought in large groups of people multiple times and the staff is still so quick and helpful. The playground is pretty clean for a McDonalds. There ice cream machine works. Good service.

Two of our party ordered at the self-service kiosk, took the number tent to our table and nothing happened untill 10 minutes later when an associate stopped at our table and asked if we wanted to order something. Then, about 5 minutes later we finally got our food. Not too happy.

This establishment is nothing but people who do not care about there employees. The believe the life of an employee should revolve around McDonald's and McDonald's only. The "managers" talk to the crew members like dogs and don't do anything to help them. As a former employee I know for a fact that

Order was messed up twice. Went to management and Melissa was a royal B. When I ask the order be corrected, she slammed my grandchild's burger in the happy meal box. She was rude and obnoxious. I will be calling corporate.
