Ribs arent smoked. This may be a KY thing, but where I'm from, you expect to get smoked ribs at a bbq restaurant. The smoked turkey on the other hand, was delicious.

Great sides and great staff but the brisket was extremely dry. For the price and portion size I expected at least some semblance of moisture. My guess is that it is smoked at a temp higher than 225 to cut down on time but this also makes for dry meat. Bend test with leftovers after I got home below.
