Stopped by for a few drinks. Giving them 5 stars because Denise had excellent customer service skills dealing with multiple customers. I’m a guy who values quality when spending my money and she provided quality service to everyone around.
Waited 20 min for someone to even address the 3 customers at the door (2 left by the time someone came). Then was told there was a 30-45 min wait for food. Told them that was fine as we would do the salad bar while waiting for food. Was told they'd get a table cleaned off so we could sit. 10 min lat
Ordered through grubhub. 1 order of loaded tots which I got. 1 order of broccoli I got 3 small peices. My fish was not delivered nor was the Cole slaw. There was no suace on my wife's burger. I sat at the bar. Plenty of space. Took some time to get asked about a drink. Getting the drink and food was good speed. I got the half rack baby back ribs with fries and broccoli. Food was hot. The tea was diluted for being gold peak tea. Maybe lessen up on the ice.
They ladies who are service are amazing. And Mike the bartender was pretty cool. Food was good I was a cook there for a while. Not a bad place to work either. My wife and I loved the food.
