Got the lucky charm shake and it's awesome. Parking is limited but only gets busy during lunch hours. Staff could have been better but it is what it is.

Food quality was good. Service was really good too. Associates were very professional and friendly. Store looked very clean from inside. Outside is a different Story. The parking lot needs a lot of work. Other than that everything was really good.

This is not a bad BK. In the Chicago airport area. Had breakfast there great coffee was a real pleasure after 21 hours of flying.

They need to remodel inside and out. The Burger King is still back in the nineties. The employees are nice. If they remodel they will have more business. The parking lot is in real bad shape. They need help from corporate headquarters.
