Edit since they switched management the drive thru time has seriously been cut. I love the sourdough breakfast sandwich. When they first told me to pull to the front of the store I was like this is going to take a while but in reality they brought my food out very quickly.
it's always a gamble if you'll get your drink made right or not. there seems to be no consistency on how drinks are made and clearly minimal training and oversight to ensure it's done correctly. the manager, Jeremy I believe, is rude and unprofessional. he is very short with customers when he works
Jeremy is my favorite Dunkin worker. Even as a customer I can tell he works long hours, he is always there and picks up slack and does the morning rushes all by himself and remains friendly the whole time. I've been going to Dunkin for a while now and I always hope he makes me drink.😁🎉
