I think this happens a lot. always check your food before advancing, something is missing or they just do the job wrong, come on, this is far from what they put on tv or in photos
We used the drive-thru without any wait. Our sandwiches were fresh and warm. The cashier was very kind and sweet. Our order was complete very quickly.
Need to teach workers some manners. And better training would also help!

When we got there, there was a line, they were waiting for flat bread to thaw, they could have had them step aside and wait, waiting on the next person in line, but they did not. When we did order we had 2 chicken bacon ranch to be toasted, one was double meat, they toasted them together, neither on

Food is good. A bit slow and always forget to toast my sandwich even though they ask. Other than that place is kept clean and they are always friendly.
