Very good food. My family was passing through and craved authentic food for the area and El Aguaje was the perfect place.
Simple restaurant with great food. I'd gladly trade my kids for a plate of the chile roja.

Very excellent fresh carne asada tacos and refried beans. . Salsa (tex mex?)was a little different but still decent. A little chunkier salsa with a different base would be better.
I tell people about this place every chance I get! The food is authentic and to die for! The salsa is addicting!
