Their products are 5 star, but there are improvements they could make logistically when it's busy. For example, attempting to use the technology used to track orders to also help them track who's here and when they got there. If that's not possible, they should get a technology that allows them to do so. The initial buy in is worth the payout in efficiency. Have people call when they get there and note down their order number. Then, either have them come to the door or wait for curbside service as appropriate. This will allow the line for people who don't have orders to be shorter and move faster.

I’m absolutely baffled by the one stars!! I LOVE this bakery, My daughter and I come in almost every weekend and get cupcakes, coco bombs, cookies are even chocolate covered pretzels! These cupcakes are amazing and the entire team is just as much amazing! I can assure you I have been coming here since 2017 and never had a bad cupcake experience! I love the owners, Bill and Michelle, and their entire staff!! They’re number one in my book!!! If I could give 10 stars I would to make up for the 1 stars!

Love this place. Their cupcakes are amazing. i get them for anytime we need sugar in our office for a birthday, celebration or a Tuesday. Havent found a flavor I dont like yet. Their chocolate chip cookies are also amazing.

Kupcakes & Co is my favorite cupcake spot! I ordered a cake for daughter's 16th birthday and it turned out beautiful. My family thought it was fake due to how perfect it looked. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good cupcake or cake. Thanks to all the staff for helping me make my daughter's quarantine birthday special!

As soon as you open the door to this quaint hidden gem you are hit with a mirage of delectable scents. Kupcakes and Co. is one of those that when you find the one, it's THE ONE. I've been coming here for years and they always have a wide range of flavors with the fluffiest cake, some very unique boutique! My favorite cupcake place needless to say. Some favorites are 🍒 🥧 , Raspberry Lemon, and Irish Cream (only offered around St. Patrick's Day).

Amazing cupcakes, brownies, and truffles! It's hidden around the back on the building; I wish I'd found them sooner. Fairly prices. I will definitely be back.

Not only are their cupcakes absolutely delicious (especially the filled ones!) but their customer service is phenomenal. I ordered cupcakes for my son's birthday and they accidentally gave us the wrong ones. When I called to share this, they were very apologetic and provided me a full refund. They are our go to stop for sweets and will continue to be for years to come :)
