Not the best Dunkin I have been to. The employees watched me walk in and go to the register, but didn't come to ask me about my order. There was a lady who came out of the back room and walked right past me seeing that I was waiting, and still didnt tell the other employees to come and take my order. It wasn't until a white woman walked in behind me (I was waiting for over 3 minutes) they came to the register. However, as soon as she walked through the door they ran over and came to assist me. Then the same lady came back and asked me about my order, as if I hadn't been waiting for 5 minutes. The older lady who handeled my order near pickup was very sweet and had such a warm smile on her face. Everyone else had attitudes and didn't care about the brown girls time that was being wasted while standing in line.

Family owned. They are amazing! They have a great relationship with the regulars that come in. This was my first time and he somehow knew my name as some as I walked in. Even with all the people that came in at the same time, he flew thru preparing everyone's order. I was in there just a little under 5 mins! 😁
Order was made to perfection! Sorry. No pics this morning!

I stopped in this Dunkin location for the first time, for a latte and a quick bite, while running errands on my day off. Little did I know that such a brief stop at a Dunkin Donuts could have such an impact on my day.
As I ordered, I was pleasantly surprised to see that this location was selling Apple n Spice donuts, which had been discontinued years ago at the Dunkin locations in Anne Arundel County. I almost ordered the whole tray, but I refrained, and only ordered 2. As I waited for my order, the store manager reminded the barrista of the particulars of my order, and the other employees all acknowledged my presence with welcoming "hellos," friendly smiles, and eye-contact.
After I arrived home, I ate the Apple-n-Spice donuts. I was instantly taken back to my childhood when my grandmother was alive, and I used to sit in her kitchen, watching and waiting as she baked apple pies and sweet potato pies during holidays. That moment reminded how the taste or smell of something can take you back to a wonderful memory.
But more than that, a friendly smile, conversation, and kind acknowledgement can have a positive impact on someone's day. So I want to thank the employees of the 6010 Meadowridge Center Dr, Elkridge Dunkin location for the welcoming, friendly service, and for having a positive impact on my day. I'll be visiting your location again, and hoping to find more Apple-n-Spice donuts. Best wishes to you all in 2022 and beyond. - Phil

The people here are the best. They know my name and my order before I even get to the register. They have 100s of customers a day, and they seem to know every regular that comes in. They always say hi and have smiles on their faces. The restaurant is always clean, and they’re fast. So glad this is my local Dunkin’.

The coffee had an amazing taste but aside from that the person behind the counter was extremely friendly, kind and helpful which is a way better experience than tasteful coffee.

Would have been a better experience had the cashier not questioned me 12 times about how much sugar and cream I wanted in MY coffee!!! Ughhhh, I paid for it now make it, period!!! Not my normal store to go to so I get it but wowwww didn't know it would be so difficult!!

Nice clean store! Workers seem to be on a first-name basis with most of the customers, which is kind of nice, but a little strange if you're not one of the regular customers. Quick Service, accurate orders. Definitely worth the stop!
