My kids love pizza hut but I experience multiple times staff calling asking for a tip. Tips are made from good service not insisting that someone should leave one before service is completed.
The heart shaped pizza overall was okay because it was slightly overcooked. The delivery came before the expected time so that was great. It would have been awesome if the pizza could have been cooked to where the cheese was not burned.
Waited 15min for curbside order. When I contacted again I saw the staff through the window reach up and get my pizza off the shelf. They'd forgot us. When I got home realized I asked for extra sauce on one pizza and they didn't do it.

While quarantined I ordered at this place today. Delivery ETA was reported for 7:55pm on the app. I'm waiting patiently for my order assuming they have high deliveries at this time.. by 8:15 I called back they reported the food would arrive momentarily. 840 food never arrived. I requested to cancel
