Took about an hour for delivery, which I get, it's hard to find delivery drivers right now. The delivery driver apologized for the wait which was considerate. I ordered a NY style pizza however it seemed just like their regular pizza. The toppings were quite sparing.
EDIT 3-2-22: Ordered a pie and it came out great with plenty of toppings.

I am getting the worst experience from this location. I am a regular customer and always the order got delayed and there was no updates on papa track. One of the order, was not made the employee keep saying there is no order exist in my name. After 10 minutes of complaining, he finally found my order. Even if I am at the store, the employees just chatting each other. They are not ready to hand over the order unless I wait there 10 minutes. It is happening almost all the time. I am changing the store. I am ready to go miles if I get better services.

Wish I could give it 0 stars, very disappointed with my order I received. I ordered a medium cheese pizza and mambo sauce wings. The pizza had no cheese on it and the cheese was so dry it looked like it was a previous customers order that they forgot to give out or an extra medium cheese lying around. The wings came undercooked and no sauce was on them, who gives outs sauce less wings. For $30 and a $5 tip? Ridiculous never ordering from this store again . And the manager did nothing to help.

Stood out in the lobby for over 5 minutes and no one was there to give me my order. This was at 915 on a Monday I took my pizza and left. That's unacceptable and a dangerous situation. In all my years I've never seen a store unattended, management needs to get it together.

The pizza is really good. But every time I order they never get it quite right. If I ask for a square cut it'll still be cut regularly. If on the box it says pepperoni I may still get cheese.

Horrible experience. Pizza wasn't cooked, sauce extremely spicy (unedible), cheese sticks were nasty. After trying to reach the store by phone for 30 minutes, I just drove the pizza back to the store. No one greeted me. Employee was on his ear bud. I can't recommend Papa John's! đ

Pizza wasnât cut. The Shaq pizza was just a large pepperoni, it took over an hour and was cold, way over priced and just a HUGE NO for the next time. Iâm done ordering food. They donât pay their employees enough for good ANYTHING to happen to the customer. Iâm done.

You ever heard the phrase ânever go backâ?
Itâs true. Had guests INSIST I order Papa MF Johns for dinner đ. Once again- Internet Order completely wrong, Way overpriced, (delivery fees and tip?) bad customer service and- Pizza looked like it had a bite out of it, man this place is just using the Papa Johns paper products. They are too cheap to adhere to the strict standards that made Papa Johns great. Itâs a shame. Second time, shame on me?

I ordered in advance for a specific time. About 15 minutes after my order was supposed to arrive I began to call the store to find out what the status of the order was. Each time I called, I was hung up on. I called multiple times thinking it was a mistake. An hour and 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be delivered it finally showed up at my door. I refused the delivery since the children that were being fed had already eaten and were getting ready for bed.
Whoever runs this store should make an effort to answer the phone and speak with customers. Also, if you don't have any intention of delivering scheduled orders, then don't accept them. Customer service here does not exist.
