Brendan was an awesome server..attentive and friendly..Safety procedures were in place with cleaning..sanitizing and spacing and had a great dining experience..Food was delicious forgot to take pics

Kelsey's has been a go to staple in Ellicott City for many years. We were concerned when the pandemic hit how this popular bar and restaurant would adapt. Happily, they have gone above and beyond expectations, erecting a huge tent on the parking lot for outdoor dining. Just as exciting and gratifying, Kelsey's kitchen and bar are still turning out excellent food and drinks as ever. Combine that with excellent servers and wait staff who go above and beyond CDC protocols and you have the makings for a terrific evening. Kudos to owners and staff for keeping this great establishment going strong

Great neighborhood restaurant. Not your typical Irish pub. It offers an array of selections sure to please any palette. Daily specials are a huge plus as well! Highly recommended
Always a good idea to eat at Kelsey's Restaurant! I love this place. Everything on the menu is delicious. Can't go wrong with anything you order. I usually get the burger with cheese and string fries. The sauce they use is so good. I wish they would sponsor me already
