The staff are super friendly, and always so incredibly busy. They're busy for a reason, they're probably the best location on Manchester.
Super slow staff. The line was nearly out the door through there was no sense of urgency. Only ended up ordering our food within 20 minutes of arriving to the store because many people in front of us left the store to go elsewhere.
Guacamole was mostly solid avocados. Bowl was very small portions.
Given that the closest branch of this place is an hour's walk from home, it's easy to walk here. It's quality is second to none. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it as it proves that higher quality doesn't necessarily have to come at a higher price.
Went in to pickup online order, saw a cockroach on ground. Took my order home with a lost appetite. Opened order and it was missing the meat, took order back, doors were locked. 06/22 UPDATE: I stopped doing mobile orders with this store, but it seems like the staff has been swapped out and operations are running more efficiently.
