Review Chipotle Mexican Grill - Ellisville

They have never gotten my order right at this location. Maybe once or twice in the years my family has been going there. Love chipotle as a company but it’s going way downhill now that I can’t talk to a real person no matter how hard I try to get in contact with customer service. I have found no way to talk to anyone unless I drive there and walk in and no one will take the time to talk to me because they’re always busy. I’m allergic to dairy, never order cheese or sour cream and they put it on EVERY TIME. They are not sensitive to allergies and I imagine people more allergic than me would have some real problems. This location needs to close. I have never written a bad review. I hate being angry. I can’t remember the last time I was. Probably the last time I ordered from here.

I am a loyal customer of Chipotle because it is one of the only places around that has fast and healthy food that I don’t have to cook myself. My husband and I go at least once a week, so the employees recognize us. You’d think that they’d want to keep us as loyal customers, but every single time we go I watch as they pile on food on the online orders and give me about a third of a serving of rice, beans AND chicken. I ALWAYS have to tell them I need more. But GOD FORBID you ask for more meat, as that is an up-charge.The portions are MAYBE acceptable for a small child. I am at the point that I am willing to drive all the way up Manchester to the Des Peres location due to constantly being ripped off AND having to wait countless minutes for the online orders to be filled in front of us before they finally decide they should serve the people who were actually not too lazy to get out of their houses to walk in and order their food in person. Management needs to figure out how to fix the catastrophe that is ordering food at chipotle. I realize it is not the employees fault that they have to fill online orders, but they could at least be understanding that we are paying for food, so expect to get enough. They could also have the decency to apologize for long waits or at least thank us for our patience. Clearly this place cannot handle online orders as well as in person orders seeing as they regularly have to close to fill online orders only. Which is doubly infuriating. I’m so over the disappointment. It’s obviously too much to ask that this place provides a decent experience after the umpteenth time of going. I wish I could give 0 stars. It’s shameful.

I eat Chipotle more than I should and this location is always my go-to, great portions, good quality good and great staff. Really appreciate the hard work guys. The staff are super friendly, and always so incredibly busy. They're busy for a reason, they're probably the best location on Manchester.

Super slow staff. The line was nearly out the door through there was no sense of urgency. Only ended up ordering our food within 20 minutes of arriving to the store because many people in front of us left the store to go elsewhere. Guacamole was mostly solid avocados. Bowl was very small portions. Chips were stale. Not a good time

Given that the closest branch of this place is an hour's walk from home, it's easy to walk here. It's quality is second to none. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it as it proves that higher quality doesn't necessarily have to come at a higher price.

Went in to pickup online order, saw a cockroach on ground. Took my order home with a lost appetite. Opened order and it was missing the meat, took order back, doors were locked. Someone opened the door for me on their way out. I received a refund with no receipt or proof of refund. What a sad experience.

I have always used Chipotle app to pick up my food, and the first time I try this location through the app online to place my order and pick up the food they don't give me chicken, how can you not give me chicken when it's called a chicken bowl. I will be going back to my old location to place my online orders.

06/22 UPDATE: I stopped doing mobile orders with this store, but it seems like the staff has been swapped out and operations are running more efficiently. 10/21 ORIGINAL: Food is good (when it’s correct), but man are they slow with mobile orders. Expect to be waiting at least 30-40 min past pick up time. Honestly it’s quicker to just go through the line.
