Review Chick-fil-a - Ellisville

Several issues not least of which is not giving anything at all for fries... no ketchup, no sauce, nothing. Drive through unbearably long so switched pick up method to curbside. Waited and waited. No one came out. So after a while I went in and there it was on the counter, sitting, getting colder. Fries were luke warm but since there was nothing to dip them in I am not sure how much of a loss this is. Once great service now struggles just to be mediocre when they are at their best. Needs a new franchise owner because current one is ruining this place

Single worst experience at a chick fil a. It was their pleasure to not bring out half of my food. And it took the young lady 4 trips back and forth to my table to bring ketchup and chick fil a sauce. Best thing is if you love cold waffle fries this is the restaurant for you.

Chick-fil-A is the best ... This place is no different than any one you might have experienced. It's the best... Insite of the rush they experience every day .. they often deliver pretty quickly...

Everyone knows how Chick Fil A has it together. Organized and polite. I will say, this is true for most locations. The location that does NOT have it together, is the Ellisville location at Clarkson and Clayton. I’ve had at least 3 orders that were not correct. In the last couple months. Also putting the wrong Salad toppings in my bag. Today, I asked the drive thru girl to please double check my bag that all was there. She would not do it and just handed me the bag. I said okay, I guess I will check then. Of course missing my dressing for my salad. I asked her for it and then she handed it to me. She stood there like she had given me everything. I said, I still don’t have my drinks and she replied rudely “working on it!” I’m only complaining because this location is giving Chick fil a a bad name. People go there for the amazing, polite, organized workers. - (and good food) I will drive farther out to another location that treats me well. I do understand it’s been difficult to find quality people to work. But this is ridiculous.

Another great meal. The burgers are amazing! Great service as well, which is hard to come by these days. Keep up the great work!

Might be my last time here for a while. I know times are tough and we're all trying to survive this disaster of a decade. CFA is efficient and speedy and the food is good. But when there's a problem, it's just tough luck. It's mostly kids, so no knocks on them, but I do wish there would be some training to handle conflicts that may disrupt their efficient drive thru process. But the line has to keep moving....great for them, sometimes bad for the customers.

Its always a pleasure haha. My kids love the chicken nuggets and waffle fries..staff are friendly, they can push through a long line fairly fast. Somehow, they're always staffed with employees to run 2 businesses.
