There is nothing I can add regarding the food. Everyone knows the McDonald’s menu. What I can review are the absolutely fantastic employees who work at this location. They alone are the reason we continue to return to Clarkson and Manchester whenever we need a fast food “fix.” The smiling faces, the joyful atmosphere… I can’t begin to describe just how awesome these folks truly are!

I ordered food for my 87 year old grandmother a 2 cheeseburger meal and 2 mcdoubles food took almost 5 min then I drove home and the fries were so hard and over cooked that they were crunchy and she couldn't even eat them both cheeseburgers in the meal had buns hardend in the corner from being left in a warmer this is a issue with the pm shift at this Mcdonalds continually and for 13$ it should never be

Actually really disappointing McDonalds experience. . granted we ordered breakfast for dinner and i acknowledged that was like the reason... But our mcmuffin muffins were all hard and stale so we asked to try mcgriddles instead.... No go because she said they only had one defrosted they would have to thaw some out it would take 20 minutes. We opted to try another mcmuffin promised fresh..... Then we were told they were out of sausage.... So we agreed to mcchickens in the end..... No refund for the cheaper menu items :/ Sorry guys you could do better you know the kids were hungry.

Night and day different from this companies other location in Machester. Consistent, polite, management that acts like management. Good place to meet with friends or clients.

Third time in a row my order was completely wrong. This time I got two sausage egg cheese mcgriddles, they just gave me two sausages on biscuits, no eggs or cheese, wrong bread, super dry and gross. I'm just getting sick of wasting money here for my order to be consistently wrong even though it was rang up correctly. I absolutely understand mistakes happen, so I didn't even bother the first time. The second time was irritating, but this time I'm absolutely frustrated. Waste of money since you won't even get what you ordered.

This is the 2nd time I have found hair in my food as well as meal was cold hashbrown was 1/2 cooked middle of hashbrown still ice cold staff members can't even speak English ended up feeding the meal to my 2 dog's for a 2nd time...that store needs to be shut down closed down..
