Easy service, they try their best to get moving with the line. I’m out (at most) in 15 minutes. Always gets my order correct and even ran out something they had forgotten for my order. Very nice people that work there! Two people always remember me and says hello :)

I cannot believe the incompetence of the people in this store. I ordered a delivery order from this store and asked for a large hot coffee. They sent a large iced coffee. They also left out an item in the order. It is stunning to me that any fast food location can mistake a hot coffee for an iced coffee and think that that's acceptable. It's bad enough they don't bake their items on site and it's not unusual to get old or even stale donuts there, but not understanding the difference between iced coffee and hot coffee is beyond the pale and absolutely unacceptable in any way, shape, or form. What a joke this place is.

Placed an online order, this was my first time at this location. The drive-thru worker thought it would be funny to act like she didn’t hear my name, said “who” 4 times before she said “I’m just playing”. Guy has his entire arm with my drink stuck out the window before I even pull up. Paid 80¢ for cold foam and was given whipped cream. Didn’t taste like they added the flavor shots, either. Bad customer service from people who can’t even make your drink correctly.

I stopped by for some last minute treats for my kids at work and was afraid I waited too long to order anything. I wanted the donut holes but didn't see them on the menu. Apparently they're called "Munchkins" which is why I didn't see them. I asked about them and the attendant asked if I wanted to buy 150 of them and I said "no, just 100' but then changed my mind to 150, because, why not? The team was excited I was excited and it's been the best drive through experience I've ever had. I don't know who manages this location or who was working today, but you made my morning! Thank you!

When it comes to Dunkin' we want consistency. We want the coffee to taste just like it did 300 miles away. We want cleanliness, as in spotless interior, no funky smells, clean counters. Finally, a real bonus, we want friendly service with a smile. I found that here at this nice Dunkin' tucked into a shopping mall.

This is amazing place to have coffee and enjoy delicious donuts. Located at key position with ample parking. Staff was very courteous and fast to service. I will definitely visit again!!

Pro....friendly service Con.....loby/restaurant closed ............mini donuts? Smallest actual donut I have had. My cream filled was 1/2 gone in 2 bites and no cream. Actually no cream until the very end. Disappointing.

I'm not sure if it's always due to COVID or what it is, but this Dunkin' seldom has any donuts and especially none of my top 5 choices if I get there after 10am. But, they did have one of my top favorites this time. If we can't go in, we need an interactive list of the donuts available on a screen instead of going down a list and hopefully finding one they have available.
