I did the Whopper for a penny deal where you order it on the app from McDonald's down the street. It's an ingenious promotion and I respect it a lot. But after going through all of the motions, no one in the restaurant spoke to me. Not once. Not even when I had to remind them they needed to give me a cup for the drink I had just ordered from my phone while standing in their restaurant. It was handed to me silently. On one hand you have to be slightly amazed you can order and pay for a hamburger from your phone. On the other, you are kind of dismayed that all of this took place and seemed to create another barrier to any kind of personal experience. Maybe that's what people want now, but I don't.

Rude much? No matter what Burger King I go to you are always incredibly rude. This location is horrible. nobody was even in the drive thru and i had waited 5 mins before i finally had to say hello at the speaker. They responded with "what?" um excuse me? Then i asked for my order and she said "speak up." no please, no thank you, no nothing. Then i got to the window & she shoved my food in my face and snatch the money out of my hand.

They always take forever to take my order when I go through the drive thru. I sat in front of the intercom for 3 minutes today with no response. I think the guy in front of me took off because no one was answering him. I never heard any talking. When they actually take my order, they take forever to make it and it's not even fresh. How does that even happen? I have no idea how this location is even still in business.

I've been to many different locations in STL and this one has the hottest food. It also puts burgers together like they have eyes, unlike other locations where it's like they're blindfolded and just slap on whatever ingredient into the paper wrapping so you end up assembling your own burger when you open it up. This location just does it right. And it's not salty as the ocean like that one on Page.

Had a MANAGER take my order. Got it wrong asked them to fix it. Got burnt burger manager took reciept to put in a boom with my name so I could get it fixed later. Went back got wrong order again. Horrible. Always go to the burger king in Manchester. Way better service never had a problem.

Came in at a little after 9pm. The entire entry way soaked with soapy water, not safe at all. Person who took my order was short with me, cold and hardly acknowledged me. I'm in retail and know this is wrong.

Service is somewhat slow however, the food here is amazing and tastes better than any other location I've been to. Therefore, I think it's worth the wait.

Horrible service, they got my order wrong and it was a simple combo and 10 piece nugget. The woman working the front disappeared and seemed stoned.
