The new store has a drive up where you touch the screen to order... no directions on how to use it. There's no button to build your own sub your way. Also, since when don't you serve breakfast? If you have a phone and a number answer it. Ive been trying to contact this Subway for weeks and nobody will answer the phone. I'm glad it was not anything that can jeopardize their establishment if I took it to corporate.

This is the friendliest and cleanest subway I have ever seen.. I use this subway regularly almost everyday . Amazing customer service. I made an order over the app, and it was wrong on both sandwiches. I told the kind man what was wrong and he took the receipt and made everything perfectly. I love Subway and this visit was no disappointment. If I were to complain about anything at all, it would be that they always rush me to the checkout even if I'm still telling them what cheese lol. That is every subway I've been to though which is why I'm still doing 5 stars. Love the Ellisville sub

This Subway location is excellent. The dining area, sandwich bar, and restroom are always clean. The service is quick and friendly. I frequent this location often and have yet to have bad service. If you’re looking for a quick bite and you're in the area I highly recommend this Subway location! #Eat
