Review Pizza Hut - Ellisville

Personal and courteous team members greeted and served me at the curbside pickup window. Pizza was delicious.

Order was totally messed up and was missing part of order. I was on hold for over 10 minutes and then was hung up on. I do not recommend this store.

I love when I drive up and see the manager. She is nice, efficient and works so hard. I appreciate her so much

I love this pizza hut because they always make you feel welcome. They know your name and can pretty much place your order without you saying it. However on today was the first time I've had a bad experience at this pizza hut. I mean it was poor. I made it there. For lunch at 12:30 for buffet and I was disappointed. There were hardly any pizzas and the pizza that was out was not fresh. I could tell they had been sitting because the crust was extra crunchy and dry. No matter what I will be back because I know they will get it right

The pizza tasted good, but the cheese seemed to be of a lower quality than the last time I visited.

I have been a regular customer for years with no complaints until today. Our delivery was missing a pizza and a drink but I honestly wasn't that bothered by it as I know, we are all human and things happen. Delivery guy was extremely stressed and apologetic about the partial order and said he would get it and bring it back. I would have been fine with that but all 4 of our pizzas were the wrong crust and undercooked [which can make you sick] and when I called the store the girl who answered the phone was nice until I asked for the manager then suddenly went dumb. As a manager with years of customer service experience, I know that the employees can make or break a business. Time to clean the kitchen. SMH

Pizza pizza pizza what else can be said. If you are a pizza lover this is Pizza Hut. Small and quaint just like the towns location. Good food in a quiet and peaceful location. Have lunch and get back to work without issues. Parking seems outdated but manageable. Nice and friendly staff.

The food. Good. Tasty. Delectable, timely, and pizza. As learned from Virgil's Aeneid, all your problems are solved with pizza (A recap for those who didn't read it: Aeneid and his crew are cursed to never be home until they get so hungry they eat their tables. They also are tasked with founding a city in Italy, a place no-one knows where is. They're slapped around the Mediterranean until they find a place with Pizza, decide the flat bread is like a table top, and call it good.) I ate all the pineapples off my pizza leftovers. The prices are low, food quality, and pizza.
