Stopped for a quick cup of coffee. Took over 10 minutes to get one cup because employees were inept. Put more emphasis on Drive through versus walk in. Coffee tasted horrible poured out and found local restaurant to buy coffee.
I don't normally review chains, but this visit requires it. I waited in the drive through for almost 25 minutes to order a McChicken, medium fry, and a small Coke. SLOW! they were getting everyone's order wrong in front of me. I double checked my order, only to get down the road and the nuggets were stale 🙄
I usually use my app to order and then either go in and pick it up or hit the drive thru. I've always had a nice experience at this location, especially when my app wasn't working for my free breakfast sandwich and they helped me out.
I had a the McDonald's coupon code for the free medium frappe and that girl who was taking my order told me to go to the front window toke the payment after I reminded her that I had that code but she told me it was to late. The management changes too often for me to say anything as any positive and negative aspects vary with who is working. It is generally clean in the lobby and extra parking has been added.
Great place, great attitude when we came 5 minutes from close with a slightly large order. Really appreciate the kindness.
