Martha's Diner - Ellsworth - Photo album

This place was busy-busy-busy! Nevertheless we got sat quickly and also served fairly quickly. We both had omelets- Bacon & Cheese and Hash & Cheese. They both were very good. I got a biscuit which they grill it was delicious. Our waitress was great!! Would go back !!
Staffed and furnished perfectly for a theme of retro dining. Everything was absolutely delicious, down to the water with lemon and a giant bottle of cholula for my home fries!
The only place in town with a steak and eggs breakfast. I scraped the plate with how delicious this was. Definitely a hidden local gem.
We came in at 6:30 on a Saturday morning and were immediately greeted by all the employees. Our server Matt was awesome. He checked on us several times while there. Our orders were out in just a few minutes, and the food was so good. From the fluffy pancakes to the light and fluffy omelette, everyt
Pretty dang good! Tucked away in Ellsworth, ME is this cozy dinner. Me & my husband arrived around 9am and quickly seated ourselves. Waitress was helpful and quick with drinks. Ordered the 2 eggs with ham and sausage, egg, & cheese breakfast sandwich. Both with home fries and homemade bread. Food ca
Food was delicious! Ate all the egg omelette it had everything in there . The cut up potatoes was a bit to much to eat of. Breakfast took forever to get to our table. So waiting was 😣. Heads up bring Cash with you (ONLY accept CASH) there is an ATM nearby if forgotten. Server was πŸ‘πŸ½. Price was rea
Solid local diner. Food very good. Like everywhere they are shortage of server/bussers. Perhaps inappropriately I chose to grab an empty busing bucket and bust two tables one for a couple that was waiting in front of me and one smaller table just for myself so that we could sit down and the staff
Great experience. Always is. These negative reviews are pretentious people that need to find something wrong with a place. It’s down home diner, clean, good food, friendly, and full of sweet people doing their best.
These guys are great! I was heading out of Acadia from a camping trip and stopped here. They were short-staffed and still managed to get my food out super fast, were incredibly attentive and friendly and the food was good! Highly recommend, go give these guys business!
Old time diner with hardworking super friendly staff. Ashley is a VERY attentive and pleasant server. We had great eggs, quiche, homemade bread plus lrg sides of hash and bacon. Bottomless cups of coffee a nice extra.
Been intending to visit this diner but my schedule did not permit until today. I wished I lived in Ellsworth so I could have breakfast there several times each week.
Although we found the service slow, we enjoyed our breakfast. The waffle was succulent and appetizing!
10/10 the food was sooo good such a homey feeling, the servers were welcoming. Sit where you want and the food came very fast.
My husband and I enjoyed breakfast here, sausage gravy and biscuits and raisin bread French toast with strawberries. Both very good! Matt was our server and he was very friendly!
Loved loved this place! We came here while out on the road for work and I’m so glad we stopped here. Food was excellent and our waitress was sooo nice! Old time booths and 60s music playing, I caught myself singing in the booth.
Get there early as there will probably be a line! Very good diner food (we had breakfast) with an extensive menu. Wait staff work hard, as do cooks, to make your visit enjoyable and tasty. Worth a try!
Great food and even better service. My personal favorite of the local eateries. The prices are fair, the portions ample, the wait staff is always friendly, and the straightforward homestyle menu never disappoints.
