The Best Authentic Taste Indonesian Food, in New York..
Authentic Indonesian Cuisine.. Awesome Foods,Great Service, reasonable price. Must visit Indonesian resto everytime I went tO NYC
Love the coconut rice and the shrimp paste sambal really taste.
Great Indonesian food. Their iga penyet is as close as home's! Oh, bring back es jongkong, pleasee!!!
Love this place. Great food and beautiful people's
I had the pleasure of dining at this Indonesian restaurant with a diverse range of Indonesian dishes. Despite its small size, the portions served are quite generous, and the menu offers a wide variety of choices. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the restaurant maintains a high level of cleanliness. The flavors of the food truly capture the essence of authentic Indonesian cuisine
One of our favorite Indo restaurants in Elmhurst, Queens area. We never miss this place whenever we visit New York City. The only negative thing I would say is the dining area is quite small and always packed with customers. Java steak is the recommended dish. Also, Ayam penyet, Java fried rice and Java fried noodles are good. Oxtail soup is very delicious if you like soup. The staff are very nice, welcoming and helpful. They only served Zabiha Halal meat.
First time having Indonesian food and did not regret! The food was delicious, flavorful, and serving sizes were plentiful. Service was great, friendly people as well. Every dish was amazing. Do yourself a favor and stop by here for a great meal, highly recommend.
Great halal Indonesian food spot in a nice tight spot. Waitress was nice the stores interior is very bright and very pleasing with tunes and with Indonesian art. I got the Teriyaki Chicken with fried Rice Seaweed salad and Java Fried Noodles the Java fried noodles with the fried rice puffs really go hand to hand the Seaweed salad tasted fresh and Teriyaki chicken isn’t that bad overall 9/10 just don’t go during lunch time it’s sometimes hard to get a spot.
An authentic 100% halal Indonesian spot! Their chicken satay glazed with peanut sauce was phenomenal with a side of seaweed salad. The remdanng, soto ayam and java fried noodles were a staple at this location. Don’t forget the side dish of spicy sambal to tune your comfort level of spice. I enjoyed the seaweed salad but i had to try the Indo authentic dishes. The sate Ayam was sweet of course I had to dip mine in spicy sambal. I absolutely loved The nasi rendang which had chunks of juicy, shredded beef battered in pepper and stewed overnight. The pickled cucumbers on the side sure added flavor! That krupuk was so crunchy I could’ve punched on an entire plate. The soto ayam and bihun goreng jawa were chef recommended. It’s a must try! Don’t forget the Thai iced tea and coffee!
Good food, quick service, very attentive and friendly staff. I particularly liked the seafood noodles because of the rich flavor. The oxtail soup was strong, but the flavors were not very distinct.
Staff was friendly and the food was delicious! Due to Covid-19, we ate outside which was nice. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to substitute the rice with coconut rice as they ran out of coconut rice and also, we were not given any krupuk with the meals :/ nevertheless, it was delicious Indonesian food and definitely worth a try!

From the outside, this place looks like your typical takeout spot, especially with the more generic name, but don’t be fooled
When I asked the waitress about the most common, traditional village-style Indonesian soup, The economical-to-make Soto Ayam was the first on her mind.
Every culture has their own version of chicken noodle soup, from the Jews eating Matzo ball soup, Indians w/their Maggi, and Indonesia is no exception: Soto Ayam has lots of herbs, garlic, tumeric, egg, shallots, amongst others, with a very strong flavor to it. I had a slight cold earlier this week and this was the perfect medicine
2nd dish: Java fried rice with beef rendang: Battered with tumeric, garlic, an egg, and shredded chicken, this was exactly what I needed today. Beef rendang came with it, which is a chunk of juicy, shredded chunk of beef battered in pepper and stewed overnight

The best Indonesian food restaurant so far in Queens, New York. Only Batagor they served in different way compare to original. They mixed with frech fries. Looked like they missed something.
Came here randomly because of google maps choice and I must say, it was sooooo much better than expected. The food here is absolutely delicious, feels very homey and the service is incredible. Thank you so much! When I am back in NYC, I will stop by!
Cute restaurant. Even though they serve Hala Indonesian food, they play R&B music non-stop. The food is great and it felt like I was in someone's house. I love it.
Great place , family Owned with some awesome food . Highly recommended place for Asian food . If you haven’t try Indonesian food , try it won’t regret.
Best chicken satay I’ve had! Friendly service and delicious food. Clearly lots of regular customers and I can see why. Will definitely be back again.
Always taste good in taste and portion wise.. i had nasi goreng komplit and my friend had soto betawi.
Authentic and tasty food, friendly service, and had some nice Indonesian decorations and music playing.
An authentic Indonesian restaurant! Delicious and quite affordable. We ordered dadar jagung, bakwan campur, and lontong sayur. We were given four types of sambal! Great! Felt like we were in Indonesia :) Service was ok, quite slow, but nothing major really.
I’ve been here twice now and the food was delicious both times. Ordered the Beef Rendang and the meat was tender and flavorful. Slightly sweet and hints of cardamom, it was very tasty. Came with a side of greens and a fried hard boiled egg which was much better than what I expected. Second dish I had was the chicken satay which was charred very nicely and had a creamy peanut sauce glazed on top. I’d definitely come back for more.
Tremendous delicious birthday dinner here this past Friday with some friends from Elmhurst.
