Went here with my disabled family member little Johnny and they were so accommodating. A barista even came and opened the door giving him a huge hi-five!
Team team here has really turned around to tiptop shape ever since this Ashley girl has got involved in running this store! It’s clear she’s the new sheriff in town there.
Imagining people of the Elmhurst community being rude and making harsh comments on a public forum like this is just distasteful and disgusting!

This is one of my usual Starbucks along my work route. Every time I'm in here, the service is super friendly and you can tell that the staff loves their job (if they don't, they hide it well). I appreciate how great they always are, even when dealing with a crazy rush short handed!
The parking around this place is iffy. One thing that is apparent are people who park on the handicapped spot, like this dude in the blue truck, who didn't have a tag, and definitely wasn't handicapped. People also park next to handicapped cars in the area designated for unloading wheelchairs. Seen an actual handicapped person unable to unload because of someone who blocked the entire area. Also saw a police car and a parking authority pass without taking any action. NOT GOOD! The staff at this Starbucks is very nice, and the drinks are AWAYS correct. Something I can't say about the location by Mariano's or down the road off York in Bensenville. If you don't mind walking a little bit to get there, I highly recommend.

I go here every day. The staff is amazing! They are the highlight of my day! I have a physical disability and they show me incredible respect and bend over backwards to accommodate my needs.
Am I the only one who does not like the remodel? They removed the beautiful dark wood and iconic greens. This place looks and feels like a cafeteria. The move towards brutalism and over-simplified aesthetics in some straight up dystopian future trope.
Great service and products though so still five stars.
One of the best starbucks in the area. I stopped in for coffee for myself and my mom and met the manager Rob! He is amazing one of the nicest people you ever want to meet and very informative about the products. He went above and beyond with helping me with picking out some at home product's. The coffee was made just right also! I will be sure to stop in again the next time I'm in the area.
I came in with a question about the balance on my Starbucks card as I had a receipt that I thought it said I was charged more then what the balance showed. MONIKA came around the counter with a pen and paper and sat down with me to break it down and ensure I understood everything. She went above and beyond!! Thank you Monika, this world needs more people like you!
Very alive place and staff!!! I loved the merengue music that was on! 🥰 Everyone seemed happy there! Also the appearance of the staff, seemed professional and happy to be there not only that but very efficient!

I always tell myself do I want DUNKIN or Starbucks. I always have to get STARBUCKS without my Starbucks I feel like my day isn’t right. I love coming here they have the real coffee. And know how to make plant based drinks. 😋😋
Great location, right in the heart of downtown Elmhurst. I stop by every week.
All of the staff are friendly and get to know you better. One of them -- Anthony -- even knows my usual drink and is always happy to strike up a conversation with customers. His uniform says that he's the "Partner of the Quarter", and I can see why! Two of the other baristas also know me by name. All of the staff are helpful in explaining the menu and suggesting new drinks to try, which makes me even more excited to stop by when new seasonal menus come out.
Staff is amazing here. Come in a few times and they already know your order. They need a new floor if they are taking suggestions. The winter gives it a real beating and they should switch to something that's easier to maintain. Other than that, it's perfect.
This is my favorite Starbucks location. There is no drive thru here, but there is plenty of seating available inside. The staff is amazing and so is the service. Perfect place to study or work on assignments. My personal favorite drink is the dragon drink and the flat white both iced and warm.
Been to one Starbucks? Well then you've seem them all. Offers up the same coffee, tea and specialty drinks you know and love. The staff is nice and this shop is roomy. When I was there I think the air was cranked down to 60, it was cold outside but compared to the inside we left to warm up. But the coffee was good as usual though.

Excelent service despite the fact that the place was was busy. The staff was friendly, and we're taking necessary precautions when handling the food and wearing masks. Also, you can order ahead of time through the app for a faster service.
