The food and service here are always on point. The options are very tasty and cooked in front of you. Usually gets pretty busy and congested, but the staff is efficient and move the customers along pretty rapidly. This restaurant has stayed the same over the years and serves delicious, hot, food every single time.
Food was delicious and was nice to see it made right in front of you..... The wait time is a bit long but nice atmosphere
Tried the Kentucky Bourbon sandwich today. Delicious. Also had the loaded fries - which are definitely loaded and crisp. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. You can't ask for more!
When you're hungry for Charlie's, you're hungry for only Charlie's. Food is always decent. They've recently remodeled a few things. Staff is usually pleasant. Jim has been manning the grill there for a decade or so and he's always worth stopping in for.
Only con is that sometimes the fries are a bit under-done.

I really enjoy coming here. The food is always delicious. Made fresh right Infront of you! Every sandwich I've tried here has been great. Their fruit lemonades in the summer are amazing and they have great fries. The staff are always courteous and I never have to wait too long for my food even when it is busy.
As close a cheese steak to Lenny's I have found. Also a chicken teriyaki that my wife loved at Lenny's and they did away with. We love Cape Coral and Fort Myers Lenny's. Hurc Ian wrecked us for FL for now, but Charley's is only 35 miles! Can do!!! Owner at Lenny's tipped us on Charley's and he is spot on. Great food and staff!!!

I like the food here, but the new pickup system is not great. After you place an order, they tell you to sit down and wait for your name. Fine, however, there are fans running, spatulas clanging, people talking; all echoing throughout the high ceilings. I heard a name that sounded like mine so I went up to the counter. An older man with a moustache said "Ma'am - over there!" And kept pointing to the wall. I had no idea what he was talking about -- I guess you have to go to the far corner? I took 2 steps to the left and heard the lady say the name again, except it wasn't mine. As I started to talk away the man was like "Stacy? I thought you Stacy??!" and threw his hands up. I said No, I just can't hear anything and I thought you said my name. I get you probably don't like your job, but don't take it out on me. I feel like a screen showing which order is up or at least a loudspeaker/mic would help.
When I finally got my sandwich, it did not have the toppings I wanted. I'm sure that was a genuine misunderstanding but after waiting 20 minutes, I didn't have the time or energy to try to ask for something else. It still tasted just fine.

I use to come here all the time. Sure the employees act like they absolutely hate their lives but what food/customer service worker doesn't? I enjoy being able to watch my food being made. It's always super good
Very good, but expensive! The food was fresh, and specific to this location, I didn't care for the gentleman taking my order. I'm not an unreasonable person, but he acted like I was inconveniencing him. It was only 3 in the afternoon. I don't believe you can custom a sandwich here really either. You MIGHT be able to, but nothing like at Subway where they ask you exactly what you want.
The absolutely best subs and lemonade in the area. Amazing staff, Mark is the manager and I've only ever had one issue going here since it opened over 10 years ago. Mark is always there working hard with his employees. Friendly folks, professional and courteous. Jim knows how to grill and won't disappoint. Would rate higher than 5 stars if possible.
Cheesesteak was really good! I just had a regular one. I didn't think prices were too bad. Just keep in mind the menu board is showing just sandwich price. I guess I just assumed the price included something other than the sandwiche. It was very busy but they keep the line moving.
