Just moved to the area recently & got invited to lunch by a friend. Attentive service (we sat at the bar). My fiancé ordered steak quesadilla & a side of fries & I had buffalo wings with fries. Good came out quickly & was really good. Great prices on everything too. We will definitely be back!
After what was supposed to be a picnic yesterday my boyfriend and I ended up here when there wasn't enough food and our dinner option quickly dwindled to chips or pretzels. He had the prime rib sandwich and finished it all saying it was really good. Mushrooms and onions came on it too. His sandwich came with fries and he had a 23 oz yuengling. I had a pick two option with French onion soup and half of a turkey Reuben. It was quite a big half but I was starving at finished it all. It was coleslaw, thousand island, Swiss, and turkey- the usual ingredients. The soup was delicious- not overly cheesy or salty. The meal hit the spot and was $19.00 total- granted I just had water but still dirt cheap for decent food in my opinion. This is near my boyfriends house so we will surely return in the future.
Great place.... We went to the tavern once before but only had an appetizer but Saturday night we went for dinner. The food was great the service was top notch. Next time we go we are taking the kids. The menu has so much to choose from and they run nightly special. The drinks are cheap. So cheap that when we got our bill we questioned the server to make sure the drink were included. We were shocked at how much we had for $36.00. This maybe our new regular place to eat.
Great Place. As a frequent customer, I can attest to the high quality of the menu items that I have tried. This ranges from salads to burgers to specialty sandwiches! Service is excellent and friendly. Prices very affordable. I will definitely continue to frequent the "ET"!!!
A Notch Above Traditional Barfood. I had not heard of the Elrama Tavern nor do I even frequent this side of town. But some friends asked me to meet them here, and now I'm a fan. The building is a nicely-maintained old clapboard-type building ... probably 100 years old. We sat on the back porch on a cool fall evening. The menu is just a notch above traditional barfood fare. I had the Barbecue burger, which came with barbecue sauce (I could have used more) and onion rings on the burger. For an appetizer, I had a half dozen deep fried pickly spears. No complaints ... looking forward to coming back again sometime.
Never had a bad meal. Affordable. Good service. Sneaky Gem!
I love this place, the food is remarkably good and the prices are unbeatable. Definitely one of the best places to eat in Washington county that won’t break the bank. I recommend the pulled pork tacos, wings, spicy crab cake sandwich, prime rib...I could go on
I had stopped in at the Elrama Tavern two years ago and forgot how good both the food and prices are!
I had the fried bologna sandwich which was full of flavor. Plenty of bologna with tomatoes and a delicious sauce. To drink, I had the cajun shrimp Bloody Mary. One of the best I've ever had, this Bloody Mary cost just $3.50; elsewhere, you could easily pay $12.00!
Don't let the outside of the building fool you. The Elrama Tavern is clean, cozy and friendly inside.
We were on a date night went to elena tavern got wings there food is so good there..we love it
Great food, great service, very nice atmosphere. If you're looking for something off the beaten path, I would recommend giving them a try.
