Pannikin has ALL the neighborhood charm, along with great coffee, a wide selection of pastries, and a friendly, helpful staff. I came here as a kid in the 80’s and it hasn’t changed a bit — which I love. Best place in Encinitas to grab a caffeine fix, relax and people-watch.
Very interesting stop with a lot of character. Cappuccino was good. Note the kitchen closes at 2:00pm. They have a selection of delicious pastries. They also have a neat little shop with interesting toys.byou can also buy fresh tea leaves of every variety.
Nice local place for a morning cup of joe or tea. Very laid back atmosphere; friendly, relaxing and busy, busy, busy; which is great to see post-pandemic shutdown.
Pacific Coast Highway has hundred of gems like “The Pannikin” along its route. Take time to find them and post them. Looking forward to
The gluten free options are good. They are usually a rarity for coffee places. Blueberry muffin (gluten free) was nicely done.
Saw a nice wall hanging that seems new.
One of my favorite coffee shops! Everyone working there is so nice and it has an amazing atmosphere.
I only have one complaint. The to go cups leak like crazy. In the photo attached our cup holder is almost flooded and my boyfriend has yet to take a sip.
Came over to try out Pannikin for 1st time on Sunday Jan 2022.
The line was not too long we got 1small mocha and hot tea.
We had scone and cinnamon roll for later.
We ordered avocado toast and yogurt with fruit and granola.
Young girl at front not in a real good mood .We did not even get a good morn
Fun memories with family at a beautiful place. Loved my Jimi Hendrix Experience coffee, thank you
I’ve been going to this location for years. It’s such a perfect place to grab a coffee and a pastry and hang out or chat with a friend. I have done great memories there while hanging out with some great friends.
