I ordered 2 bowls. And I got one empty bowl and one with barely anything in it, and not the right ingredients. This chipotle is the worst one ever, I’m never ordering here again. Who gives a customer an empty bowl? Have the decency to call me if you are out of my items.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and coming back a second time but the Enfield store is just dirty and disgusting the employees of sloppy when they're making your food is all over the side of it!!! You couldn't sit at a table because there was food all over them and all over the floor.
I’ve been going to Chipotle for years but the Chicopee store because that’s the area I used to live. The Chicopee store always went above and beyond for their customers and the manager Dan and the crew knew me by name. So I moved to the Enfield area and I went there for dinner and I am so disappoint
