Friendliest Dunkins staff I've encountered in a long time!
Absolutely amazing.. another Dunkin made my latte wrong and I stopped here to see if they could fix it for me as I didn't want to go back to the one that put the coconut flavor shot in my cocoamocha latte (for those that don't know a cocoamocha latte is mocha syrup topped with whipped cream hot cocoa powder and chocolate drizzle)when I walked in I was happily greeted by Vic. I asked if there was anyway she could remake it for me , she said absolutely. Kerri came over to let me know they didn't have oatmilk and to ask if I wanted almond milk instead I asked if it tasted like almonds and she said no it's more of a vanilla flavor then almond and she asked if I wanted to try it to be sure I said yes please. She was absolutely amazing. Her and Vic both did an awesome job even with my slight attitude because I was upset... This is now my go to location. Thank you ladies. Your kindness made my whole morning. See you ladies Tomorrow!!
I luv all there new food.I only have one complaint is when it's all the friends working 2gether,don't order something hot.There is one Amazing young lady Kara who is so fast,friendly& never emberess I if u bring the wrong cards to pay with.She patintly waits
The new young girl at the counter is great but needs to perk up a bit. She always seems sad and those feelings shouldn’t shine through in customer service. The mgr should tell her that when we order and say thank you responding with “no problem” implies that we are inconveniencing her. This is why chick filet says my pleasure because it implies that you appreciate their business. Coming from a mgr of 20 years. Love this location and they do their jobs well and are clean.
