Ordered to go burger and fries. NO MAYO. Burger had mayo. Fries were literally the worst ever. Greasy, and soggy. Unacceptable. I returned the food for a refund (did not want it remade, wanted to eat elsewhere). Was told refund would take a week because I ordered on the app. Still no refund almost 4
Great experience. We had the new brisket super melt that was amazing, and the Mac and cheese burger. My daughter had the chicken pops and fries, and of course the make your own sundae. Everything was delicious and our waiting Maryanne was friendly and quick. We will come again!
I wasn't sure what to expect when i ordered the original step up burger but it was amazing! Its a burger with grilled cheese bread. The meat was juicy, the mayo was creamy, and the bread was crispy. I've only been to Friendly's twice now but i will remember this experience.
I am here right now in the parking lot my husband and I went inside to get ice cream there was a couple in front of us and then a group of 5 behind us. We’ve enjoyed this Friendly’s for years! You get excellent service. Maryanne goes out of her way to welcome you, get your order and serve you quickly, correctly and in a Friendly manner. She always does a great job!! Their fishamajig is delicious and always enjoyed.

Twice I ordered a banana split and twice there wasn't any banana. How is it possible to go to a place known for ice cream and get no bananas in the banana splits. That's the main ingredient.
Needless to say I don't do 3 strikes your out. Two times is enough to make me never go back there again.
