I simply cannot rave enough on just how good this hidden jem in Englewood is. We ordered a bit of everything and nothing disappointed. Everything is homemade, even my picky husband loved their fresh lemon tea. The service was personable and friendly. We will definitely be regulars. Our dinner reminded me how important it is to support our local businesses. If you're a foodie like I am, you will fall in love too. ❤️

Being from Texas this was an amazing find. It made me feel like I was home. The food is amazing, the staff and owners are friendly and make you feel welcome and well taken care of. The portions are large, homemade, and well worth the stop. We will absolutely be back.

If you want to be treated like family, and you want to eat way too much, you should stop in. Brisket, baby backs, and pulled pork were amazing. Fried okra was really good and the Mac and cheese will stop time! Add them to your list of places to try when you are in town

This place is excellent! We got a 3 meat/3 side platter. There was plenty of food for 3 people, even though there was only two of us. Everything was excellent! Brisket among the best I’ve had. The ribs and kielbasa were also fantastic. The server was very friendly and attentive. We will be back.

Reminded us of our local BBQ back in Texas. Very good service and a very welcoming place. You can smell the wood. Large portions...no room for dessert but it looked great too.

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 this is the best barbecue I have EVER had bar none, I have posted pictures of the two evenings that we dined there, they are just recently opened backup from the hurricane🌀 6 months ago they are just getting back on their feet, as some of the other reviewers have said in the past they make you feel like home they feed you like family, it is simply put, Down Home Country BBQ done by a family that's done it for Generations, the beef brisket to pulled pork to the mac and cheese to the Smoke green beans and the cornbread and don't get me started on the country fried steak and of course you definitely should try one of the mouth-watering desserts, it's one of those places that is worth the drive, open from Wednesday to Sunday returned for our visit again in October and had the pulled pork sandwich mac and cheese and coleslaw all five star nothing has changed except they are a little more put back together a year after the storm 🌟👍👍😎 I posted a few up-to-date photos October of 23

I had the pulled bbq chicken sandwich with smoked green beans. The bun was nicely toasted, the chicken was super moist and tender, and the smoked green beans were delicious. I had a couple of bites of their cornbread too. Next time I'll order that for myself and not share. It's that good, so you'll need to get your own piece. Our waiter, Jake provided us with excellent service. All the staff was friendly. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean.

We stumbled upon this place on vacation and almost didn't go in. Do yourself a favor and try this place. HANDS DOWN some of the best food we've ever had. Not to mention the excellent service by the owner himself. True Texans living in FL. Great family, great food and phenomenal service. We wanted to go back for dinner but we were so full from lunch that we didn't make it back. Portions are huge and totally worth the prices. A real hidden gem in Englewood.

Delicious family owned bbq! We loved everything that we got. The banana bread was a great dessert choice also.
