Very pleased to write an EXCELLENT review for this location, as I have had several very poor experiences in the past. There is a VERY sharp contrast between the possible customer experience depending on WHO is working! Rather than use any energy to talk about the "others" - I would like to say that Warren has been exceptionally good every time (now 3) that I have been in when he is working. Customer service from him and his sidekick Ricky was excellent today. Pleasant, with a sense of urgency and customer appreciation! The subs were superb and my wife, son and I are all smiling! Hopefully the big bosses catch on to the obvious trend here and this location continues to have these kind of results. Thank you for the nice experience today again fellas- it is greatly appreciated and we will be back because of your good work!

I don't usually do reviews or that kind of thing but I was so impressed with the experience I felt it was only right to DISPUTE THE PREVIOUS REVIEW AS IT'S COMPLETELY FABRICATED as I was actually in line behind the guy who falsified a malicious review about waiting 30 minutes with an online order. He was absolutely NOT there for more than 7 minutes & the taller gentleman told him it was almost ready & it was being bagged as he happily said "Oh no rush" & then proceeded to eat half his sandwich & took pictures of the sandwich. I personally saw the whole situation unfold & I'm not sure why people lie and falsify reviews when it's 100% UNTRUE & MALICIOUS. The cute boy duo that work together that was there today are FABULOUS & TRULY GREAT EMPLOYEES. I only go to this location because I've had NOTHING BUT FABULOUS service and quality of food!

I don't really know how to start this off as I don't do reviews but since I've been frequenting this location, as I live right behind this store, I moved here 8+ months ago & I love this place, the staff & the food are the bees knees! I won't lie either, I'm also sweet on the guy who's usually running the register, I want to say his name is TYLER but I could be wrong. He's so friendly, upbeat, happy, helpful, clean, witty, SUPER GOOD &HARD WORKER and cute (; so I decided to leave a review! The food is fresh, the quality is superior & it's vibe is unmatched! The older lady is super friendly & cool too. Keep up the good work & p. s. please slip me that cuties number ?!
