Usually, I have a great experience when I order Pizza Hut through my local store. I've had some rough experiences with them also. They always make it right in the end. Tonight, was an amazing experience. Thank you.

I typically don't have an issue, but when we received the order it was at best room temperature. Like it had been sitting awhile. Other than that, our food is typically made to order with no issues. The temperature could have been a little better.

I feel really stupid that I decided to give this Pizza Hut location another shot. It seems like this place is always experiencing some kind of Technical difficulties. I placed an online order and paid online, waited over an hour which was given to me via app only to walk in to the Pizza Hut location

Please remember to include the Diet Pepsi 2 liter that I ordered with the driver. That being said, the delivery driver went above and beyond in order to fix this error. It's my first time using the online ordering system, and aside from that slight oops, everything was great!
