Tonight I decide to get for dinner KFC and I have to say everytime I been to this KFC my order is always accurate, the food is fresh and is one of the few places in town that has great customer service. keep up the good job!!!
Incredible customer service to accompany deliciously cooked food inside a clean and well decorated eatery. The food was ready quickly too, even on on a weekend! I want to emphasize though how absolutely wonderful I was treated. It turned my entire day around coming here.
It was odd, absolutely the Best drive through service I've had in a decade. I'm not a kfc fan but the woman loves it, this gentleman's superb customer service will have us back alot more often. Dude definitely deserves a raise/promotion 👍
I normally love this place! The employees are friendly and they have quick service. I am not one to normally post negatively about anyone. However i went in at 5:16 this evening through the drive thru. I didnt get everything i ordered. My soda had no ice. Wasnt even the right kind that i had ordered
Horrible service around 7pm on 12/06/2017! The lady at the register was quiet and unhappy. The store smelled horrible, like sewage. There was a stinky mop bucket in the middle of the lobby, and nothing I ordered, nor the couple in front of me ordered did they have. The only attentive employee was a
I love KFC, and this one is special to me, because I used to live directly catty-cornered across the street from it. I could walk over and get a delicious chicken meal anytime I wanted. I also had some very good friends who worked here and who met and fell in love here. They are now married with kid
Food is decent. Hardly ever a wait to get waited on. Customer service is ok. I like it because it is one of the only restaurants on the east side of town. Just wish they would stay open later at night
I have to say this trip was disappointing. I wasn't told how long I'd be waiting for popcorn chicken. Then I had to wait longer on my tenders. The manager did apologize for the inconvenience. And I appreciate that but I should have been made aware of how long the wait was going to be
