I have loved Starbucks since I visited the first ever location in Seattle Washington. This location has it rough due to being the only one around for 60 miles so they're always busy but most of them are doing their best. The manager is very nice and accommodating and there's a girl with a long blonde ponytail who should be bumped up to assistant manager because she always makes the drinks correctly(matcha tea-shaken) and even under pressure shows composure to upset customers and quickly gets to work on making them happy.

Actually I did not like the drink I had it was a mocha frappuccino and it was one of the worst ones I've ever had but maybe it was just an off day cuz normally Starbucks rocks

I actually really enjoyed the atmosphere in this Starbucks. They also have a nice patio for outdoor seating.

I’ve ordered the exact same thing for two weeks, it’s been made 10 different ways despite the ability to customize it exactly how you want it. Edit: seriously whats the deal.

Been ordering the exact same drink for months on app or through drive thru now all of a sudden my drink has not been being made correctly and the baristas say I "shouldn't" be able to order my drink this way or they were making it incorrectly before. The last few times I've gone in there I've been treated poorly and disrespectfully. I visit Starbucks nearly 5 times a week including other locations in different towns and have never had this problem. I will be contacting upper management and corporate to make a formal complaint on this location.

Store was out of the first three options we picked. Merchandise was not displayed well and the pastry case had whole bean coffee in it. This store could do much more volume if it were properly stocked.

I will say their service has gotten better within the last few months. They used to often get my order wrong but it hasn't happened recently. We always order on the app and pick up in the drive-thru. They tend to take a while but that is to be understood because it is not a fast food place unlike how other people try to treat it. If you are in a rush I wouldn't stop here if you don't have 15 minutes to spare. If any issues occur in the order they are always nice and willing to help. No one in my family likes ice due to having very sensitive teeth which we have to drink everything room temperature.

Ordered the tie-dyed Frappuccino, and instead I got a yellow drink. Tasted alright, but was extremely disappointing visually. Then on top of that, I pulled up to the window just as they were finishing it, but had to wait 5 minutes until the guy was ready to give it to me.
