The KFC store in Ephrata was scheduled to open at 10:30, the doors were still locked at 11 am. I had to knock on the window to get their attention and they finally came and unlock the door. I ordered the 12 pc family meal with no wings and replaced them with extra chicken breasts which I paid extra for, I paid and left. When I got home the chicken was soggy and had very little crust on them and I was shorted 2 chicken breasts!! I called and spoke to the manager Victoria and she said I could come back and get the chicken or get my money back, I told her I do not live close, so she said I could come in tomorrow, so that is what I will do although it is an extra trip for me. I will enclose pictures. ADDENDUM: I went back today and showed Victoria the chicken and what I was missing. Victoria apologized for the food and she went in the back and gave me my full order. sides and all! The chicken looked great and the way Victoria handled the situation was excellent customer service. Did a quick stop here for lunch. There was parking for a truck and trailer that I had which came in perfectly. The lady taking my order was very polite and detailed. Recommended place to stop and get some chicken. They were not busy at 13:00. Fresh chicken tenders.

My favorite food is KFC! I'm so grateful there are atleast 2 places we can get this delicious chicken! My grandfather is 102 yrs old & lives in Ephrata. He's an extremely picky eater, but his favorite is KFC also. When we take supper to him , we just stop here. It's something he can chew easily also. Wish there were more of your restaurants in the area...thanks !

My Mother-in-law loves KFC chicken. Two years ago I ordered on line, because they weren't taking phone orders. I got there at the time provided and was told it wasn't ready. Half hour later, it still wasn't ready. I went in to complain, and they told me I wasn't getting my order. I had already paid for it and they weren't going to refund either. Because I wouldn't leave they called the police on me. The officer actually helped me get my chicken and go home with dinner.
Fast forward to this past Saturday. My wife wanted to surprise Mom with KFC for dinner. She went in and ordered and had the best service. The previous crew had been let go, and the Manger has made it her mission to restore the right image. The look on Mom's face made this trip so worth while. She actually ate seconds. That doesn't happen this often. Victoria, thanks for making our household very happy, Saturday. Do not give up your focus. Even the Colonel would be smiling right now. For those that read this, second chances are worth the effort. Let's keep this KFC, rockin !!!

We had a very pleasant experience dining in at this kfc. It is under relatively new management and now family run by lovely people who were friendly, efficient, and served great food. The chicken was hot and crispy, potatoes hot and delicious, and fries tasty and well cooked. They are doing some renovations to the dining room which needs some work but an A for effort 🙂. I care more about the food and service and those were wonderful.

This place is so good, I loved the stale chicken I got this morning. Also loved one employee handing me a busted box of chicken through a spiderweb and soda with no flavor. Loved every minute of it!!!

Honestly I don't know why the rating is so low here. Hardly anyone in the store so my visit was super quick. It's clean and everyone there was so nice! My food is delicious and I can tell there's just a little extra :) Thank you for the nice experience.

I've been 4 times this week. Every time was fantastic. The people there are very nice and do a really great job! They always get my order right, they are fast and courteous and the food is better than Chick-fil-A, not to mention at least slightly more ethical. Give them a living wage at least.
